How long is shipping? 

Processing time is currently 5-7 business days+ the USPS shipping time after the package had been dropped off. Shipping times may vary, we will be sure to send updates and tracking with your order.

My order says delivered but it is not here, why?

If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information, Kreative Kollections is assuring your tracking with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders however, after your package is taken to the post office we are no longer responsible for the package.

Order cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed after 24 hours.
